Set off from Tenuta Centoporte on a guided bike ride through the Salento countryside, covering a varied route of back roads and coastal stretches. The ride begins in the Idro Valley, where you’ll stop to visit a Byzantine crypt and the Le Costantine Foundation, known for traditional weaving. From there, you’ll cycle through Giurdignano, passing dolmens and menhirs set among open fields.

A lunch stop follows in Specchia Gallone at a well-regarded local bakery. In the afternoon, you’ll ride towards Porto Badisco, then return to Otranto along the coast road, stopping at Punta Palascìa lighthouse and the bauxite lake before sunset.

Travel from Tenuta Centoporte to the coast near Otranto for a guided boat ride along the Salento shoreline. Once on board, you’ll follow the cliffs and small inlets that define this stretch of coast, with time to observe rock formations and marine life from the water.
